S&K Technologies, Inc. invites companies and organizations to display new Mil-Spec qualified corrosion prevention and control processes, equipment and materials. S&K Technologies Vendor Fair coincides with the Air Force Corrosion Program Conference held at the Perry Fairground Perry, GA. QUALIFICATIONS to EXHIBIT:

Only Mil-Spec qualifed products such as paint, primer, cleaner, solvent, corrosion preventive compound or tape can be displayed. List products which are Mil-Spec qualified on the Booth Space Request form.
Exhibitors who register and pay for Exhibit Booth Space, will not be assigned or charged a fee until approved by the Air Force Prevention and Control Office. An email will be sent verifying approval and booth space number.
COST: Exhibit Booth Space (10 ft 8 ft) is $950.00 each. Includes three (3) attendees, one 8 foot table with skirting, two chairs, one electrical outlet. Floors are concrete with no carpet. If you desire carpet in your exhibit booth area you will need to supply it.
For additional attendees please contact Ruth Jett (478-327-4020). Booth Spaces will not be assigned or charged until approved by AFCPCO. We reserve the right to resize, reassign or deny booth spaces.
SETUP & Teardown Schedule: Exhibitors will begin setup Monday, March 23, 9 AM, and absolutely no later than 1 PM Tuesday, March 23, 2010. NO BOOTHS ARE TO BE TORN DOWN AND PACKED UP BEFORE 1 PM ON THURSDAY. For the safety of our attendees earlier breakdowns will not be allowed so please schedule your travel plans accordingly.
S&K Technologies Vendor Fair Kick-off: The Exhibit Hall is open to all conference attendees at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. A reception will be hosted by Akzo Nobel. Akzo Nobel will be providing food, drinks for all conference attendees. Attendees can browse the Exhibit hall at anytime during conference hours.

Exhibitors are responsible for booth setup, any related tasks, and associated shipping costs. Prior arrangements for packaging and return of Exhibits must also be made by the Exhibitor; this includes return labels, bills of lading, etc.

If an exhibit cannot be unloaded manually or broken down from a palletized state, please make sure the shipper has the means to unload the exhibit. A Jimmy-lift will be provided the entire week of the conference. DUE TO INSURANCE RESTRAINTS FAIRGROUND EMPLOYEES CAN NO LONGER LOAD, MOVE OR UNLOAD SHIPMENTS. |
