To ensure maximum compatibility, Powerpoint presentations must be saved as a .pdf file or Powerpoint 2003 (NO 2007 PLEASE). |

You may email your briefing to afrlmls.olr.scorr@robins.af.mil as an attachment no larger than 10MB or send it on CD, DVD, Zip or USB flash memory stick to the address below.
Powerpoint presentations can be resized using the save as, click tools, choose compress pictures option, choose web/screen, click ok. and save, providing a new name (to preserve the original).
Size savings are on the order of a 10-fold decrease in size.
We need your presentations to our office NLT 13 Mar 09. In addition, please verify we have the correct title for your presentation (we have a draft agenda posted on the conference website at: http://afcpo.com/page/vf6/Agenda.html)
If the presentations are too large to e-mail, please make shipping arrangements to ensure on time delivery to us.

Please e-mail your presentations to Charles (Mac) McKenna at charles.mckenna@robins.af.mil and/or macce.mckenna@gmail.com or myself, to ensure we get them. We really need your place-holder briefing. Changes if required can be made up to the day before your briefing date and time, not just before you brief.
We suggest either a dark background and light color text/font or a light background with dark text/font.
Lastly, remember we will have foreign nationals at this year's conference and briefings are required to be public affair released, by your organization/company locally (briefer's who had the government/AFCPCO get the PA release know who you are).
Also, remember, unless specifically notified, all presentations are limited to 20 minutes (we will have a countdown clock running).
