Setup & Teardown:

Exhibitors will begin setup Monday, March 23, 9 AM, and absolutely no later than 12 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2009.  NO BOOTHS ARE TO BE TORN DOWN AND PACKED UP BEFORE 1 PM ON THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2009.

 
Exhibitor Tasks:
  • Enter Organization Name. 
  • Enter the POC name.
  • Enter POC e-mail address.
  • Enter POC phone number.
  • DESCRIBE YOUR BOOTH SPACE (i.e. our maximum size is10ft wide x 8ft deep & name of exhibit)
  • Attendees Must be entered into this form - 3 attendees per booth space only.
    For additional attendees, please contact Ruth Jett (478) 327-4020.
  • Enter Attendee e-mail addresses - all attendee e-mail addresses.
  • Select at least three space numbers from floor plan.

  • Enter any Comments you have or sepecial requests.
  • Click SUBMIT button.
  • Complete Credit Card Order form.
  • Click PROCESS ORDER.
  • This will complete your booth space registration and payment for your booth space.
  • BOOTH SPACES ARE NOT RESERVED /CONFIRMED UNTIL APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
  • You will receive an email receipt confirming your payment, registration and booth space assignment.
  • Check the web site Exhibit Floor Plan within 24-48 hours to see your company name and booth number.

right to re-assign or deny any and / or
all booth spaces as necessary.
